Pecan bowls are beautiful.  Its wood is a cream color with some darker grain running through out.  Pecan is readily available in southeast Arkansas due to thier population.  It seems there is always one down in south east Arkansas because of weather related issues just waiting to be hand turned into a beautiful wooden bowl or vase.  Pecan is in the Walnut family.
